To open a manual click on the appropriate manual button, this will open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you wish to save the manual for future use select 'Save as' from the 'File' menu in Adobe Acrobat Reader. You will need to choose where you want to save the file, ie c:\amplicon
